Trout Producer Quality
Assurance Program
The U.S. Trout Farmer's Association, our nation's oldest
aquaculture organization, is pleased to make this program available to those who produce
trout for the table or recreation. It is the first finfish program developed for a
particular group of species that incorporates the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point
(HACCP) quality assurance concept. Participation in the Trout Producer Quality Assurance
Program can assist you in complying with the new federal HACCP regulations. Non-member
registration fee is $50.00, no charge to members.
