2. Print the registration form, fill it out, and send it by mail or fax (870-850-7902) to the USTFA office after paying by PayPal below

Please note there are separate registration fees for members and non-members.

Individual registration includes sessions, breaks, lunch, receptions, and banquet.
*Spouse/Guest registration is for receptions, banquet, breaks, and lunch.
Spouse/Guest registration does not include conference sessions.
Tours are not included in Individual or Spouse/Guest registration fee.
